By Ronnie Kayla Neiman
A fun and rather in-depth app game to try is called Bitlife- Life Simulator. This app is only available for iOS devices and can be downloaded from the App Store for free, but it is worth both the free download and the few in-game purchases. BitLife- Life Simulator by Candywriter, LCC, is only the fourth game created by this developer and it has a 4.6-star rating on Google Play from over 77 thousand votes. It was also voted #2 game in Role Playing and has overall very positive reviews. It is rated R due to some graphic descriptions, some violence and sexual activities. Thus making the minimum recommended ages for the game to be 16 or 17 depending on which app store you download it from.
The entire Bitlife game in textual display. The most descriptive art it has is the basic looks of the character being played and the other characters surrounding them. Similar to the old school text-adventures that were popular in the ‘90s, this game is based entirely on its story, and the player has the entire control. The gameplay mechanics in BitLife online mobile game are the core of the entire experience. You are born and you are presented with an interface that contains your basic information. For example your age, some trivia about how you were conceived and date and place of birth.
Much like a Sims game, BitLife is a game of choices in which players are in control of how the lives of their character turn out to be. Will they make good choices and become a model citizen or will they slip up and ruin their lives forever.
