Determined to dominate the court and carry the Bobcat volleyball team to nationals again? Eager to get back to brush and canvas to become Canada’s next Emily Carr? Or do you know someone who does? If you answered yes to any of the following questions, the Campus Choice Awards are the perfect opportunity for you!

Throughout the year, CampusPerks is giving away multiple $1000 prizes to people or groups for “improving student life”. But here’s the catch: they don’t decide who’s eligible, you do! Students can nominate someone they know for their outstanding contribution to the BU scene. The titles up for grab this year include Canada’s Most Promising Artist/Entertainer and Canada’s Top On-Campus Event, with a Team and Club Edition, Student Leader Edition, and Athlete Edition coming soon.

Nominations for the best artist/entertainer and on-campus events begin on September 6th, with the winners to be announced on September 10th. There will be three periods of voting: voting for clubs will occur from November 2nd to December 2nd,2013; for student leaders, from January 1st to February 1st, 2014; and for athletes, from February 24th to March 31st, 2014.

CampusPerks is an organization acknowledging students across the country for the “awesome things [they’re doing] on campus—whether that be holding a conference, hack-a-thon, fashion show, a club social, or just something that’s plain ol’ fun.”
