The BU Ceramics Studio held a pottery sale on Wednesday, November 20, and as
someone who walked by a ton during distribution of the paper, it looked like a success.
Each item was $15, and there was a wide selection of bowls, cups, vases, decorative
pieces and more. I personally bought a lime green bowl that I use mostly for cereal and
sauces. Although it does not improve the flavour of the food, it does enhance the overall
eating experience. As restaurants get more expensive, it’s nice to know that I can have
a unique eating experience waiting for me at home - featuring food made in my kitchen,
and pottery made within walking distance. Now the next step is to find utensils carved
from wood or forged of iron.
